Hey Everyone,

No matter the season I love a dewy makeup look, as I just find it can really brighten your face and overall just looks super pretty. I have three products that I love to use to achieve this rather simple look, so let's take a peak at how I create a dewy base in Winter.

I love having a dewy makeup look all year around, however when the colder season approach I do change up the products alittle to suit that particular season better. These products are my go-to winter items for achiveing a glowing makeup look.

The first products I like to use in this simple routine is a nice dewy foundation and one that has been my favourite for awhile now is the Collection Colour Match Foundation, that provides the skin with a beautiful illuminated glow with little effort. I notice with many types of dewy foundation they can start to wear off easily throughout the day because of the oil. However, I have never had that problem with this product and it provides a long lasting base all day.

I like to highlight with a concealer next and up again is the same brand with my holy grail of a concealer, that being the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. This not only works great at hiding any imperfections, it also works amazingly at brightening under the eyes and other areas that need lifted and it has yet to fail me.

Finally in this simple routine is a highlighter set that I just adore. This Makeup Revolution Radiance Palette, has three stunning shades I alternate between in which all apply so beautifully and really just help finish off this look.

Now not everyone is a fan of very dewy makeup so if that is that case you can always remove one of the highlighting steps to get a softer finish. However, I really love the glowing style to this look and it is definitely my go-to routine this Winter!

What are your favourite highlighting products?
